Painting a Home is Exhausting!

I feel like my arm has been on an elliptical machine. It’s been overworked and underpaid. I just painted my entire home and although it’s beautiful, I just can’t appreciate it. I’ve been painting since this morning. I will be better in the morning, but for now, my hands can barely type and I am exhausted. I have absolutely done my exercise for the day - for the week. At least my arm muscles have been worked out to completion. Sadly, because I needed some comfort food, I broke my diet restrictions today. I’ll do better tomorrow. Until then…
