My Router is Cracking Up!

I recently subscribed to the highest DSL speed that my phone carrier had to offer and along with that subscription came this very cool modem/router. I had a separate modem and a Linksys router and they worked beautifully together most of the time, but I was guaranteed that this new one would work better and afford me more networking capabilities. So I agreed to get the new equipment and had it installed. Guess what!
It worked momentarily and, in fact, still works. The problem is that it keeps shutting down and resetting. It’s like it has a mind of its own. Well, I called to complain about this on at least three occasions. Considering that my entire entrepreneurial situation is online, I cannot afford to have a modem/router that keeps shutting down.
Solution? They were nice enough to send me another one, so that’s what I will be doing tomorrow. I just got the new modem/router and tomorrow I will make an attempt to install it without my hubby. On the other hand, tomorrow is Friday, so maybe I’ll wait for the weekend. Now all I need is a mobile router. Any recommendations?
